At Norbak Store , we want your experience to be 100% satisfactory. If your product does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 15 calendar days of receipt .
Requirements to apply for a refund

The product must be unused , in its original packaging and with all labels intact.

The purchase receipt or order number must be presented.

No returns are accepted for natural wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by the customer.
Process

Send us an email to support@norbak.mx with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will confirm the request and send you a prepaid shipping label .

Upon receiving the product and verifying its condition, a full refund or exchange for a different size/model will be processed, according to your choice.
Exceptions

Personalized or clearance items are not eligible for return.

In case of a size exchange, the return shipping costs are covered by Norbak Store on the first occasion.
